ITIN Application Support

No need to mail your original passport to the U.S. As an IRS-authorized Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), we support your ITIN application.

What Is an ITIN?

An ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) is a nine-digit taxpayer identification number issued by the IRS to individuals who are not eligible for a Social Security Number (SSN) and need to handle U.S. tax matters. You may need one even if you do not live in the United States — for example, if you are required to file a U.S. tax return, or if you file jointly as the spouse of a U.S. citizen or resident.

Who Needs an ITIN

  • Owners of U.S. real estate who must file a U.S. tax return for rental income
  • Sellers of U.S. real estate seeking a refund of tax withheld under FIRPTA
  • Investors in U.S. LLCs or partnerships who must file a U.S. tax return or handle withholding procedures for their allocated income
  • Spouses of U.S. citizens or residents who file a joint return
  • Those asked for an ITIN to claim reduced withholding under a tax treaty on U.S.-source income
  • Holders of an expired ITIN who plan to be listed on a U.S. tax return

Why Choose Us

  • No need to send your original passport

We verify and certify your original passport ourselves before applying, so you never have to mail it to the United States — no risk of loss and no weeks without your passport.

  • Submitted to the IRS as early as the next day

Once your documents are ready, we prepare the application and hold the meeting as early as the next day, then send it to the IRS.

  • Avoid rejections caused by errors

If an application is returned for missing or incorrect documents, getting your ITIN can take several more months. An IRS-authorized CAA checks the requirements before submitting, reducing the risk of rejection.

Once we confirm your payment, we will let you know which documents are required.

  4. Identity verification

We hold a web meeting with the applicant and verify your identity against your original passport.

  5. Form W-7 preparation and submission

We prepare Form W-7 and submit it to the IRS together with your U.S. tax return or other supporting documents.
